In SWBELL territory, PRI seems to be more stable. This is because HERE
depending on whether you get t1 or pri, you are hosted out of different
CO's and the PRI CO's seem to have cleaner line, newer equipment, carried
over b8zs, etc..

If it is the same price and you ahve NO isdn customers, then go Ct1, and
yes youll get 48.
