Hi,

I don't have much experience with portmasters. I have a 2e. My situation
is this: We have a rack of modems that need to dialout to an ISP. These
are plain old USR 33.6kbps modems. Right now we are using them for
dialin, and they work fine. Eventually, they will need to be set to
continuously dialout to an ISP and route all of our traffic through them.
I've tried to set up a location:

Location: boonet Type: Manual
Destination: 151.200.206.187 Netmask: 255.255.255.192
Local IP: 129.174.177.3
Protocol: PPP Options: Routing, Compression
Group: 0 Max Ports: 1
Idle Timeout: 0 minutes High Mark: 0 bytes
Mtu: 1500 Async Map: 00000000
Username: xxxxxx Password: xxxxxx
Telephone: 9,3016562419

And I configured s11 as follows:

Active Configuration Default Configuration
-------------------- ---------------------
Port Type: Netwrk Netwrk (Dial Out) (Security)
Baud Rates: 38400 38400,38400,38400
Flow Control: RTS/CTS RTS/CTS
Modem Control: on on
Modem Config: Configured usr-off

Interface: Unassigned (PPP,Listen) (PPP,Quiet)
Mtu: 0 1500
Async Map: L:00000000 R:00000000 00000000

The problem is, when I say "dial boonet", I hear it dial and connect, but
then without explanation it disconnects. Any ideas as to what's going on,
or what I have to do?

Thanks.
