These are good values. The Recieve level is a little weak, but it's not
usually a problem for Supra modems until it hits 25 or so. The recieve
level is in negative decibals. Actually, 9-25 are typically good values,
but I must admit that I know these numbers fro v.34 connections, not Flex
or v.90.

The Line Quality of 19 is good for that speed. That means that at least
the modem would probably go faster if it could. However, if you see a
Quality of 19 at 26.4, I suspect that the phone lines won't support Flex.
You might get 28.8, or even 31.2 out of them if the sun is shining. That
judgement is just based on things I have learned from v.34 modems though,
so it may need to be adjusted slightly.
