I wonder if you are really losing customer due to 'lack of v.90 support'.
In reflection, after educating the customer (takes about 30 seconds), I
can't recall losing any one of our customers to this issue.
I think you are exacerberating the issue, and the simple fact (that if you
know Lucingston at all) is that they *will not* release it until it is
rock solid.
It's that simple.
