(PM) Tricky OSPF problem

Heres what my problem is:

I have two PM3s linked with MCPPP.

Normal dialin clients work just fine, also in MCPPP.

An example of the problem:

A client 212.37.0.15 255.255.255.255 has an on demand location
configured, and dialout on demand works fine.

It also works great if he calls in and hooks at least one channel to the
unit with his location profile.

BUT when he calls in and hooks no channel to the unit with the location
profile it stops working, as the location (Even though it starts a Vx
session between the PMs) tries to call out and establish a connection.

What I see is the following:

PM1 - username out IDLE
PM2 - username in estab
username in estab

I have tried to change the metric of the static route from the location,
but it resets it as it thinks he is locally connected.

Does anyone know how to change ospf metrics to make it work, or could
one get the MCPPP to understand and route the data correctly when a Vx
session is established with no local channel?
