Can anyone explain this radius account log sequence to me?

Tue May 5 15:10:44 1998
Acct-Session-Id = "00000000"
NAS-IP-Address = 207.227.186.97
Acct-Status-Type = Start
Acct-Delay-Time = 33
Timestamp = 894399044

Acct-Session-Id = "1900076E"
User-Name = "khanz"
NAS-IP-Address = 207.227.186.97
NAS-Port = 10
NAS-Port-Type = Async
Acct-Status-Type = Stop
Acct-Session-Time = 88
Acct-Authentic = RADIUS
Connect-Info = "38000 LAPM/V42BIS"
Acct-Input-Octets = 2910
Acct-Output-Octets = 82495
Called-Station-Id = "8551601"
Calling-Station-Id = "6307369881"
Acct-Terminate-Cause = User-Request
Service-Type = Framed-User
Framed-Protocol = PPP
Framed-IP-Address = 207.252.20.52
Acct-Delay-Time = 0
Timestamp = 894399077

Looking back through the logs, I see several instances where the pm3
restarted yet the user which were on at the time remained connected. Is
this possible?
