(PM) Login Timeout

I am running Comos 3.7.2 on a pm2er with an isdn card. A customer
connects to us with a baynetworks Nautica 200. Sometimes, the nautica
call us about every 2 min with Login Timeout error. I talked to
Ameritech, Bay and Livingston. But they cannot find what cause it. Does
anyone have the same problem?
