One of my users has requested a feature that I haven't heard of yet but
looks to be promising in the future. AODI, or Always On Dynamic ISDN.
Apparently under AODI, the D channel stays connected to the other end and
controls the B channel connections as necassary. The D channel would keep
the authentication so the B channels could be brought up and down almost
instanteaneously.

My question is, does Lucent plan to support this in the (probably
distant future).
