This would be just another dial-on-demand location table application. It
doesn't care if it is the internet, another pop, or whatever. Look at
location table configs in the Config Guide.

The PortMaster side is cake. It is a location table to handle the dialout,
and the userentry to tell the PM to do so. The issue is configuring the
various OSes to accept the dialback connection.

I'd like to see Lucent add CBCP (CallBack Control Protocol) support, if only
because it is growing in usage and becoming an increasinly desired feature.
People who want that should RFE it.
