(PM) Trouble with telnet and PM3

I was just wondering if anyone else had this problem. After upgrading to ComOS 3.8.b13, there are times when I can get in with Amber but cannot get in via telnet, and then slowly I also lose my ability to get in via Amber. I've even tried to reboot the PM3 but it doesn't seem to help. Could this be a problem with the ComOS? I like the new Amber interface but given the choice I would gladly stick with good old telnet. Any ideas would be appreciated.
