No... telnet to the PM 11 port.

pm 11 port pm 11 telnet port system
s1 6001 pm 3 #1
s2 6002 pm 3 #2
s3 6003 cisco 2514
s4 6004 csu/dsu #1
s5 6005 csu/dsu #2
s6 6006 power controller
s7 6007 hub/switch

Then telnet to the pm 11 on the specific telnet port # where the device is
attached to.
