Do a "show files", there should be a file called "hfile". If the first PM
(that isn't working) has this, then something is wrong. If it does not
have this, then I don't know what to say. It got erased somehow, because
the installing of the ComOS image includes this, and if something happened
during the install when saving to flash you should have gotten an error
from pminstall. How did you do the original upgrade to 3.8b15?
