Of course, not. Those are all subsets of IPCP - if he rejects IPCP it is
never going to connect. He's got some major configuration issue on his end.

I don't know, I think is is presumed people understand PPP and if so the
messages are pretty clear actually. You can trace through an entire
PPP exchange and tell what happens each step of the way.
