(PM) irx + 2 T's ???

I have a situation with 2 T's being terminated by an irx114. There
are irx111's on the other side of each T.

When traffic is light, there's no problem. When traffic increases,
I get scads of ppp recv and net: wanted.. got.. errors. There are
NO errors showing on the irx 111's on the other side.

When I got this before, the only solution was to replace the 114 with
two 111's. That solved things immediately.

I'm running comos 3.7.2 on all, with 4 megs in each machine. Sho mem
reports at least 1000 nbufs with at least 200k available.

Are these machines simply not capable? If they ARE capable, what
is the magic incantation to stop the mangled packets ?
