Once upon a time Murat Balci shaped the electrons to say...
>----------------------- Current Status - Port W32
>---------------------------
> Status: ESTABLISHED
> Input: 54560 Abort Errors: 0
> Output: 263152 CRC Errors: 3314

How long has this unit been up? You're getting CRC errors, the line
could be less than clean.

> FAS bit 0

A few here.

You are losing sync with the switch. BTW, the other end is NOT the other
PM-3. Frame Relay links are between the NAS and the Frame Switch. Once
there you are in the cloud and the other end is independent. So the other
end doesn't matter for this.

It appears that the E1 line is generating enough errors to cause the PM-3
and the switch to lose sync. Then it needs to resync, hence the CONNECTING
state.

It looks like we have to request status quite a bit before the switch
replies, at least periodically. This indicates trouble on the line
imparing communication - at least in most cases.
