(PM) 56K Flex wont connect

New PM3; comOS 3.8b15 (already tried 3.7.2 & c3).

None of my 56K Flex modem users can connect. Other modems seem to. USR
x2 connects well.

Takes a long wait - 20 sec. until it even attmepts an authenticate, if
it does. Ie, the LCP_CONFIGURE never completes. The RADIUS is never
reached.

Any help??
