(PM) PM3 dialing into Netgear RT328, it just won't work, help!

I'm attempting to setup a dialout connection from our PM3 to a
customer's new Netgear rt328 isdn router. We've previously setup
dialouts to an OR-U and an Ascend unit, both of which are currently
active. I'm using more or less the same settings on the PM3:

Boone> show loc boamlaw
Location: boamlaw Type: Manual
Destination: 205.229.224.181 Netmask: 255.255.255.252
Protocol: PPP Options: Quiet, VJ-Comp, Multilink
Group: 3 Max Ports: 2
Idle Timeout: 0 minutes High Mark: 0 bytes
Mtu: 1500 Async Map: 00000000
Username: premier Password: xxxx
Telephone: 7821787&8462748

I have two ports setup as group 3. When dialing I get the following:

Boone> set debug isdn on
Enabling ISDN debugging
Boone> dial boamlaw -x
Starting dial to location boamlaw using S41
sendthem (CRN7821787)
S41: Sending Call Request - 7821787
expect (?D=)
S41: Received Proceeding
S41: Received Alerting
S41: Received Connect - B1
?D=got it
Chat Succeeded - Starting PPP

At this point 'show sess' shows the connection hanging on 'connection'.
After a minute or so, the connection ends with no comment.

I have a call into Netgear, they've pushed it up to their engineers. I'm
wondering if anyone else has had experience with this unit
specifically in terms of it allowing ISP dialin's.

P.S. We also setup the rt328 to dialout to the PM3. Other than the
fact that I did not complete the routing setup, this seemed to
work fine with little modification. I was able to ping any
host within our internal network.
