Hmm, not been reading the list for the last few weeks :)
You can not turn them off. There are two schools of thoughts on this:
1) All logins should be loged so Admin logins should be logged. That they
were not was a bug. (I agree)
2) Since they were not logged before they should not be.
So far it looks like #1 wins.
