Absolutely not. Just because you are using a digital line to place an
analog call does not mean that you will have an absolutely 100% perfect
connection. Remember that to place that call via the POTS port there is
an analog<-->digital conversion going on within your ISDN TA. Also, many
telcos route calls based on the bearer setting and this being classified
as 3.1 kHz audio, definitely would make that come into play.
