Below I have a comparison between a KFlex and x2 modem. Both connect at
50000k, (yes the USR at 50k too.) However, the Flex has a Recieve rate
of 26400 where as the USRs typically seem to be at 28800. I could care
less why, my question is with all the retrains on the USR side? While
the Flex's seem to have lower recieve and transmit rates here than the
USR x2's, they are quite zippy and seem to be faster via FTP, etc. Its
just all the Retrains that have me concerned. Also some USR users report
that it takes longer to log on since adding the PM3? The problem is not
in DUN by the way. Any ideas on the retrains, and slow log on times?
