PRI gives you ISDN DATA at 56K and 64K, ISDN DOSBS at 56K, and modems.

CT1 gives you ISDN DOSBS at 56K and modems.

Currently PM-3s can dialout on PRI but not CT1, also they can get CLID
from PRI but not CT1.
