(PM) Reboot doesn't work

I asked last night about the IP problem.

So I did what the majority of the people told me.

then I typed "save all" and then "reboot"

Well.. unfortantly.. It never rebooted!!!!!!
Why not? Help?

(btw it is a couple hours away from me)

So I called someone at that area and had them power-cycle it. And it
still hasn't came back up.

Any ideas? Before I Call livingston techsupport.
