I believe only the PM-3 images are uuencoded at this time. See, the older
ComOS has to know how to uudecode. PM-3 images were like that from day one.
But other units only learned how to do that around 3.5. Since so many
people are still running <3.5 ComOS Lucent needs to wait a while for the
old releases to dwindle before they can uuencode the others. At some point
there will be a 'you have to stop at this release before moving on to a
higher level' again.
