RE: (PM) ISDN ondemand problems

A couple of things:

1. On ComOS 3.5, you sometimes have to do 'save all' twice to save
things properly. You might want to get 3.7 to fix this (also adds Stac
compression).

2. Setup a filter that blocks telnet traffic, telnet into the router and
then do a 'ptrace <filter name>'. This is how I came up with the filter
I used - found the packets that were causing the router to dial.
