Thanks for the replies Jake. Another question, I've been testing
our PM3's with several modems and so far the Hayes Accura is not
doing so well. It is a Hayes Accura 28.8 V.34+FAX model. It only
connects at 9600, as opposed to others that connect fine at either
28.8 or 33.6.

Does anyone out there have any problems with this type of modem?
I would appreciate if you could give me any set up tricks for it. Thanks.
