CHRIS, I must have OBVIOUSLY mistaken YOUR service for something ELSE
being offered here in Texas ALSO called MEGAPOP, which is where small
ISP's lease the service from a larger ISP for resale and they support the
customer. I personally do not believe that is how things should be done
and neither did 2 of my other customers.

If that is NOT what your MEGAPOP service is, then, I was not referring to
your service.

ANd I had completely forgotten that I DID even dial into a Megapop # in
Atlanta and had NO TROUBLE at all. So from my PERSONAL experience with
your service, it is just FINE! So how's that?
