Probably not. Once the first B channel is up the PM serial port is in
use and can neither initiate a call on the second B channel nor authenticate
a call inbound on the second B channel. If you have some way for the TA
itself (there is no such thing as an ISDN modem) to handle the lines, then
it might work.
