(PM) ascend 2 b channel on demand

I would like to put in a ascend pipeline 25 fx at a remote location to
dial into a pm3. Has anyone had any problems with the 2nd b channel coming up
on demand with this equipment. I would like to use the 2nd channel for
voice also since we wont be using full bandwidth at all times.
