(PM) ROUTING DIEING

I use pm3's with the new 3.7.2c3.
I have dedicated poeple that are all experiencing the same problem ...
after about 2 or 3 hours of session time the routing stops, not
disconnected, just loss of routing. These people are all using different
equipment on their end. Some of them can just wait 30 minuties or so and it
comes back .. some have to reconnect to get routing back. There are no port
errors OR alarms.
any Idea's???
