The line is provisioned for voice and data on both channels.
What happens is that it never connects. I never get a "connect" message.
Then I get "No Carrier" after about 2 min.
Is this supported by the Portmaster?
In the tech notes page it seems that it should be supported... They have
given an init string (which doesnt' work) that indicates that it should
work.
