Here is how we have it setup in our users file:

username Auth-Type = System, NAS-IP-Address = 203.25.185.8, NAS-Port = 5
User-Service-Type = Framed-User,
Framed-Protocol = PPP,
Framed-Address = 203.25.185.107,
Framed-Netmask = 255.255.255.255,
Framed-Routing = None,
Framed-Filter-Id = "ip",
Framed-MTU = 1500

#this is to prevent logins from other ports than dedicated ports
username Auth-Type = Reject
