hi

I got my pm-3 fixed! Just RTFM! :)

You grab GENERIC.PM3 from their web site in BINARY MODE
While there grab the 3.7.2c3 in BINARY MODE TOO

Implement tftp on one of your servers
build a directory called /tftpboot
in there, put GENERIC.PM3

Start the pm with a console (Dip switch 1 up)
as it is booting, hit escape forever until it says
starting net boot, then a '>' prompt will appear

type address a.b.c.d (your addr for the box)
netmask 255.255.255.0
tftp your.tftp.boot.server (ip for the boot server)

It will start to look for a wierd file, D77 something, let it time out
Then it will look for GENERIC.PM3, load it and you are up to 3.5c2

Run pmconsole, upgrade using the PM372c3 FROM ABOVE, loaded in binary mode

Voila...up and running
