Everything seems to be running fine on this end. I'm not sure if it was something
that was addressed or not, but our CRC and Loss of Sync Error Count has gone to virtualy
Nothing. We still seem to be having trouble with customers complaining of random dissconects.
Still seems that most of the time the client modems are cheap USR WinModems although sometimes
we get still get complaints from users with "up-to-date" motorola bitsurfer 56s. Go Figure.
Just waiting for the Shotgun Support now.. Another Nice gaget to promote! :)
