Old news. That has either already changed or is changing. We just put
up a form online to order manual sets, and we're going to stop including
them by default. Part of it is your issue - who needs n copies? The
other is that we keep adding new manuals. There is a Trouble Shooting
Guide coming, a Routing Guide, etc. It is getting so the manuals take
more room and weight than the product! So it is impacting unit cost and
shipping cost.
