SWBELL did EXACTLY the same thing to me. I had to call and tell them to
change csd and csv BACK to 1. If its at 2, then the rollover would wont
work. THere are actually 4 settings you need to tell them of. THere is
CSD, CSD MAX, CSV and CSV MAX, and AFAIK, they should ALL be at 1.
