Cisco makes such a beast for their 2509/2511 access servers/routers
(which, incidentally, should be avoided like the plague). Here's the
description from the catalog I have in front of me:

CAB-OCTAL-ASYNC=

The following illustration shows serial cable CAB-OCTAL-ASYNC= (part
number CAB-OCTAL-ASYNC), which is used in the access server series
(Cisco 2509 through Cisco 2512. This cable has a male DB-68 (SCSI II)
connector on the Cisco end and eight RJ-45 connectors on the network
end.

So, assuming the PM-25 has female DB-68 connectors on it, this is the
cable you need. They also come with RJ-45 to DB-25 converters (as this
cable is generally intended to be connected to external modems). The
lines are about three feet long. If I remember correctly, we paid around
$80 for the one we have.
