More pet peeves (was (PM) PM3 and RJ45 with 4 wires?)

My favorite complaint with Lucington is that you can't buy routers
without manuals. Every time I purchase a bunch of routers for an
install, I pay through the nose for shipping charges due to the weight
of the manuals, only to then throw them away, since the last thing I
want to do is to give end-users info on re-programming the equipment
that makes their network work.
