(PM) Question about Office Router

I have been using PM3s for over a year now, but I am not very familiar
with the Office Router. I just told someone that we could do this
(because from what I have read I think we can), but I wanted to check.

We have a customer that wants something like this (all links 64k):

+-----+
| ISP |
+-----+
/|\
| on demand link
|
+-----+ on demand +-----+
| Ofc |<--------->| Ofc | These are two offices he has
+-----+ link +-----+

I want to put an Office Router at the office that calls us. I want it
to be able to call us on demand, and be able to call or accept calls
from the other office on demand.

Will that work okay, and where can I find some info on doing something
like this?

I don't speak for anybody but myself - that's enough trouble.
