(PM) Call Discrimination

We are looking to purchase a PM3 and have a few questions.

1) In radius, I see where you can set a "Connect-Rate" for individual
users. Can we tell the PM3, either from Radius or at the PM3 level, to
only allow 56k and ISDN connections on that box?

2) Can the PM3 see the number the customer dialed and allow/disallow
connections based on the number he/she dialed?

Here is the situation we are looking at, we want to provide our customers
with 56K and ISDN service, but due to the high cost of PRI
($1100.00 per PRI/$2850.00 setup with a 60 month contract) by our phone
company, we cannot afford to switch all of our lines to PRI.

We want to have 2 numbers we will give out to our customers, 1 for
56k/ISDN and our current number for standard analog connections. We do not
want customers using standard 14.4, 28.8 and 33.6 modems using the number
we give out for 56K/ISDN connections and filling the PM3 with standard
analog calls. Therefore, we want the PM3 to discriminate against those
people using an analog (non-56K) modem that are dialing our published 56K
number.

However, we want the best of both worlds, and would like our old analog
modem pool to rotary into the new PRI lines. So we would like the PM3 to
look at the number the customer dialed and verify their connection
accordingly.

Here is an example:

Our current analog modem pool number is 933-1212.
Our new PRI number would be ie 933-9000.

If a customer with a non-56K modem dialed 933-9000, the PM3 would refuse
the call.

If a customer with a non-56K modem dialed 933-1212 and it rolled into the
PRI lines, the PM3 would see that he did dial 933-1212 and would accept
the call.

If a customer with a 56K modem dialed 933-9000, the PM3 would accept the
call.

If anyone can explain if and/or how this can be done, I'd be eternally
greatful. I've sent email to support@livingston.com without an answer so I
thought I'd try posting it here.
