I have just installed four OR-LS routers. The network has a start
configuration.That is central router has three DLCIs the others has only one.
The problem is that on the central netwok they have a database server and
client access it through Frame Relay ( The reset of OR-LS). Some times they
see their client software goes down, and they need to restart the sesion
agains the database server again.
I have made a look to the errors and :
- Abort errors is 138 ( in only seven days)
- CRC errors is 46 ( in only seven days)
I tested the connection between routers, device distorsion, powers, etc all
is ok.
I want to know if I need to call the PTT to test the CSU/DSU modem.
Any experience with the same problem?
