Sounds a lot like what happens when multiple users share an IP.
1. Check you pool, make sure it is big enough.
2. Make sure dial-in users using the pool ALL have 255.255.255.255 as their
netmask.
3. When this happens, get on the PM and look for the route to your IP
in the routing table. Make sure it is still there and attached to your
interface. And check your interface. If the route isn't there it was
probably stepped on by another route.
