Okay get into termmode and do a sh ses when he logs in.... see if it comes
up as garbled garbage.... if so, then he did an upgrade on his machine and
one of the dlls for the PPP is different.... upgrade to DUN 1.2 will get
the theoretical newest in and should fix it.
