Yes. You will probably HAVE to do this, or your IRC customers will
complain. Also some other services will NOT authorize access unless they
can reverse dns you.

It is doing a DNS lookup on that IP address before the traceroute, Maybe
its a CNAME.

I just did an NSLOOKUP and you are 1-131.netsites.net. Perhaps your DNS
info is not getting propagated or it is getting overruled.
