This (one pipe, less than all channels) is what we do Fractional E1.

This would be Channelized E1 for us.

We do T1/PRI, E1/PRI, CT1(inband), FullT1, FullE1, FracT1, FracE1, CT1(leased),
CE1(leased). 3.8 will add E1/R2.

Did you mean set line1 fractional or set line1 channelized here?
