In our terminology:
Full E1 - one data pipe, full speed
Fractional E1 - one data pipe, less than full speed
Channelized E1 - multiple data pipes of mixed speeds, individual DS0s or
bundles thereof.

Sounds like maybe what you are doing is what we treat as Fractional E1.

Yes, E1 R2 is E1 Channelized dialin, not leased lines.
