Perhaps in the spirit of generousity, Livingston should give back the
portion of the /16 that isn't being used. I'm sure there are a lot of
unused IPs in that block.
Livingston wouldn't be the first company to give back IP space that was
given out when IP space was freely given in large quantities to anyone who
requested it.
