Ahh... That seems like a good idea.

What relevance can be place on this percent?

Does it tell me that more people turn their modem off without logging out
on Tuesdays or someone picks up an extension more Saturday night?

I would love more diagnostic tools, but what does this tell me about my
service or equipment? Other than 6% of all calls end without a proper
request.

Can this tool be used to determine the quality of my PRI or CT1?
