Note that Stac is tied to CCP, which is part of PPP. We do not do
data compression over Frame Relay.

We'll confirm support up to 128K as we designed it for BRI. It will
probably work at higher levels, but we can't say where it will max out
a this time. 256? 384? *shrug*
