(PM) Subnetting

I have a Class C netblock that I am tring to subnet. The block is
205.252.18.0 I have given one customer 16 IPs using 205.252.18.0 with a
subnet of 255.255.255.240 First question is how do I show that using the
follwing:

205.252.18.0/?

Secondly, I have a second client that I want to assign the next 8 available
IPs. What IP should I start with and what is the netmask to be used for
it? Also. how do I show it with the /?

Both of these clients will be dialing into our PM3.
