I hate them. And if you sent attachments to these list, I'll remove you.
It is against the list rules to send attachements to the lists - period.
If you mail client can't send mail without attachments - get a new client.
So if "rkm@marshall.net" sends attachements to these list, it won't be
a problem for long. He'll be kicked off.
